Q: Is there a security deposit?

A: Yes. Our minimum security deposit is $200. Several factors determine the amount of your security deposit, including credit and past rental history. Call our office at (803)366-1233 for more information. Back to Top

A: Pets are accepted on a conditional basis. We require a one time non-refundable pet fee of $250. Back to Top
